Well, I finally wrote a fic after almost six years. (*kicks lazy muses*) I worry that my work has fallen flat in that time, but I'll leave that up to you. Still, it was a labor of love, since I've been shipping these two like crazy since I started watching. I'm such a sucker for those male cop pairings. ^^

Been working like a dog on my I-search. Due in two and half weeks, must be between 8 and 12 pages, and include citations. Citations suck, they're too complicated. Only thing I like about this paper is my topic: fanfiction. Thank god we get to choose our topics.

Mr. Larsen told us the best story about a kid from his graduating class. His I-search was on Negro League Baseball, and the entire paper, which the class spent a month on, was one sentence: "It was really something, you had to be there." Mr. Pothast, who used to teach 12th grade English but switched back to 11th grade (much to the seniors' dismay), even remembered what he gave the kid: -10 out of 300. Needless to say, he still hasn't gotten his diploma.
